The Carolina Panthers have officially announced the signing of rookie DE Charles Johnson from the University of Georgia. Johnson was selected by the Panthers in the third round of the draft with the 83rd overall pick. Johnson becomes just the third rookie drafted by the Panthers to ink his rookie deal.
